Itinerary:
Come watch the critically acclaimed one-man show "Help Wanted" at Center Stage. Josh Lefkowitz performs a hilarious monologue about his struggle to find a job after earning a degree in Fine Arts.

We'll meet in front of the box office at 7:45, and take our seats. The show starts at 8:15pm and probably won't last more than two hours.

If there is enough interest, there will be an optional pre-event dinner at The Mid-Town Yacht Club, a casual restaurant/bar a block away from the theater. Please use the registration notes to indicate if you are available for dinner.

More information about the play and venue is available at Center Stage

All tickets to "Help Wanted" are general admission, but there is a limited quantity. I highly recommend that participants buy tickets through the Center Stage website (http://www.centerstage.org) Don't worry about where you'll sit because there aren't any assigned seats. Tickets are sold at the door, but the play might be sold out before the night of the show.

Required Items to Bring:
$15 for tickets to the show
Recommended Items to Bring:
Use our Event Checklists to make sure you have everything you need.
Money for pre-show dinner

How to Get There:
Event Directions:FROM THE NORTH via The Jones Falls Expressway

Take the expressway south to the Guilford Avenue exit (on the right immediately after St. Paul Street). Once on Guilford, stay in the right lane as you cross Madison Street, then make the next right turn onto Monument Street, just before the Downtown Athletic Club. Go one block to the intersection of Monument and Calvert Streets: a right turn will put you in front of the theater, or you could turn left into the entrance of the Chesapeake Center Garage if you would prefer to park there.

FROM THE NORTHEAST via I-95

Take I-95 south, past the Baltimore Beltway (I-695), all the way through the Fort McHenry Tunnel. After the tunnel, as you approach the city, get off at the I-395 exit toward Baltimore and the Inner Harbor. Stay to the left as the road splits (toward Conway Street, not MLK Boulevard), then move to the right as you exit the freeway. Turn right at the second light (Pratt Street) and get into the left lane. It becomes a "left-turn-only" lane at Calvert Street; turn left. We are about ten blocks up on the left side.

FROM THE SOUTH via I-295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway)

Take Route 295 north toward Baltimore. (You will pass both I-695 and I-895 before entering downtown Baltimore.) The parkway ends as it enters the city, becoming Russell Street. Stay on Russell Street, getting into the right lane as you pass Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Make a right turn onto Pratt Street (just past the stadium), then move to the left lane. It becomes a "left-turn-only" lane at Calvert Street; turn left. We are about ten blocks up on the left side.

FROM THE WEST via ROUTE 40

From Catonsville and other points west, take Route 40 toward Baltimore. As you approach the downtown area, Route 40 becomes Mulberry Street. Take Mulberry to Charles Street and turn left onto Charles. The second traffic light is Centre Street; turn right onto Centre. Two lights down is Calvert Street; turn left onto Calvert. The theater is in the second block to your left.
