Itinerary:

THIS IS A DUAL EVENT WITH CHARM CITY SOCIAL CLUB, 20PPL ARE ALREADY GOING!

When you RSVP call 1-800-472-3846 and let them know you are with my party and you will pay them.  It is $56 in a raft, $66 in a duckie.

If you have rafting experience, or enjoy a little more of a thrill, I strongly recommend upgrading to a single or double duckie.  This is an inflatable kayak that puts you level with the rapids, it is the most exciting way to run the river. If that is a little to adventurous, you can also run the river in a raft with, or without, a guide in the boat. This is a guided trip through class II,III, and IV rapids, with lunch provided at the halfway point on the river.  This is a great trip for newbies and experienced rafters alike.  You do NOT have to be a strong swimmer, or a swimmer at all, to go on this trip.  Overnight camping is located, and an amazing time, within Ohiopyle.!

This is a rain, or shine, event.  We will be meeting at a Park and Ride on I-70 for those looking to carpool, more information will be provided.  This event will fill up, so don't wait till the week before to register.

I recommend people bring the following:

- cash for dinner/driver/photo of trip/ t-shirts

- shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes

- NO FLIP FLOPS are allowed

- Change of clothes for the ride home

- sunscreen

More information on the Outfitter, and what Ohiopyle has to offer:

Rafting, Zip lining, biking, sluice mining and rock climbing. We have it all!

Enjoy a calm and scenic trip on the Middle Youghiogheny's Class l and ll rapids. Gentle enough for the young and enjoyable for the young at heart. Excitement for everyone describes the Lower Youghiogheny's Class III rapids. They will challenge and excite but not intimidate novice rafters. Want more of a challenge? Try the Cheat or Upper Yough.

Or try zip lining. Experience the gravity-defying thrill of flying through the trees. Looking for a place to stay? We have 3 quaint Guest House's. Prefer camping?

The Yough Lake Campground offers a wide variety of sites including lakefront sites, standard electric, walk-in sites, and one room cabins.
