Itinerary:
Explore Baltimore's Gwynns Falls and Leakin Park in the winter. Experience some old-growth forest containing Tuliptrees, Red Oaks and American Beeches approaching 200 years of age with great valley views as we wind our way along the industrial hinterland to find the old mill village of Dickeyville still intact and equally as old as the forest as it sits along the Gwynns Falls which tumbles its way down the Piedmont to "The Basin" modernly known as the Inner Harbor. This is not a real estate promotion tour, but some people may perceive it that way.

Total Hiking distance about 5 to 6 miles. Event will be postponed if there is moderate to heavy rain or ice. Will run if light rain or very light snow.
