Learn the proper upkeep of your ski or snowboard gear with this free course. Join an REI expert technician who will cover the base preparation, structure, major and minor adjustments, and repair. Included are an in-depth explanation of how and why waxes work and a demonstration of base waxing. Please do not bring your personal skis or snowboard to this class.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:REI is across the street from the Columbia Crossing shopping center at 6100 Dobbin Rd. From north or south take I-95 and get off at Exit 41A (Rt. 175W Columbia/Jessup). Take Route 175 to Snowden River Parkway, and turn right. At next light, turn left onto Dobbin Rd. REI will be the second right in the shopping center with Toys R Us.
