Itinerary:
Come enjoy a sunset sail on the Skipjack Martha Lewis.

MARTHA LEWIS is a V-bottom, two sail bateau (skipjack). She is one of the few remaining working dredge boats, that make up the Chesapeake Bay oyster fleet -- the last to fish commercially, under sail, in the United States of America.

Bring your own food/drinks and enjoy a peaceful cruise on the upper bay. You can bring a cooler/alcohol but please be respectful to the captain and crew and be a responsible drinker.

This event is rain or shine - the captain may cancel due to inclement weather (heavy rain or thunderstorms the boat will not go). The payment is non refundable if the cruise is not canceled by the captain or event coordinator.

How to Get There:
Event Directions:From I-95 take Exit 89 (Havre de GraceóRoute 155). Go East on 155 and STAY IN THE LEFT LANE. Go under the Railroad Bridge. It dead-ends and you must turn right on Juniata Street. Proceed on Juniata Street approximately eight blocks and turn left onto Revolution Street. Travel three blocks and turn right onto Union Avenue. Take Union Avenue until it ends at Commerce Street. Tydings Park is located at the foot of Union Avenue on Commerce Street. The Skipjack will be docked at the Havre De Grace City Yacht Basin in Tydings Park.

From Rt. 40 east, turn right onto Old Post Road, which will become Revolution Street. Turn right onto Union Avenue. Take Union Avenue until it ends at Commerce Street. Tydings Park is located at the foot of Union Avenue on Commerce Street. The skipjack will be docked at the Yacht Basin in Tydings Park. WE ARE THE ONLY SKIPJACK IN TYDINGS PARK.

From Rt. 40 west, turn left onto Otsego Street, it dead-ends and you turn right onto Union Avenue. Take Union Avenue until it ends at Commerce Street. Tydings Park is located at the foot of Union Avenue on Commerce Street. The Skipjack will be docked at the Yacht Basin in Tydings Park.

Notes:
- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the MOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where MOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you or your guest(s) cancel.
