|Carrying on the MOC's December tradition, once again we'll
be having our annual Holiday Party at the Ramada Inn in
Hanover--complete with the musical stylings of DJ Young Kim
and video accompaniment courtesy of Glenn Peddicord.
There will be a 50/50 raffle for charity, gift donations for the
House of Ruth, decorations, dancing, food and drinks, and as
always, lots of fun.|
Because this is a catered event, registration and advance payment are required--unfortunately, there will be NO tickets sold at the door.
This year's party will consist of a light hors d'oeuvres spread of marinated chicken tenders, Swedish meatballs, vegetarian egg rolls, spanikopita, mushroom caps with spinach, and crab balls, as well as an assortment of cheeses and fruits with crackers. There also will be an open bar with domestic beers and wines and sodas and juices.

When you arrive at Parkstone Bar & Grill, we will have signs to direct you to the check in table/coat check. We are looking for volunteers to help work the check-in desk for 15 minute increments for the first hour. Please volunteer in the notes section of your registration.

Several updates on the club's first elections. First, we have discovered a very user-friendly and handy online voting service that will allow us to conduct elections entirely online-- which means that ALL MOC members will be able to participate at their leisure and from the convenience of their computers.
Second, with this capability, this allows us to conduct the elections at any time, and we're going to take that opportunity to hold elections after the New Year. That means we will NOT be holding the election during the Holiday Party. I would like these first elections to be a time when we can get more people involved in the day-to-day workings of the club, and I'd like to get more people to step up to volunteer to be officers or volunteer to fill other roles in the club.

- Registration is NOT COMPLETE until you've signed up and paid by the registration cut off date. The money must be in the MOC's possession by that date. No exceptions.|
- When a minimum group size appears, this is to let you know that the event will be cancelled with refunds to those who have already paid, if the minimum number of registered participants is not met. For any events where MOC needs a minimum number of participants, there will be absolutely no refunds of money if you or your guest(s) cancel.
