Fri, May 30 2003 - Night Out to The Grille (View Original Event Details)|
|Participants:||Amy Pickwick, Erin Murray, Erin, Gregory Anderson, Penny Fitzpatrick|
Well, the party was already started when I showed up at 9:45 PM... The guys were shooting pool, the girls chilling on the couch. We ordered up some drinks and some food and eventually moved over into the restaurant-side of the place to participate in karaoke. Soon, the shots were flowing one after the other (thanks to Young) and the gang performed "Piano Man," then later "Friends in Low Places." Robert also did his rendition of "Goldfinger" for the crowd. The more intoxicated we became, the goofer we got...soon we were handing in slips for people to sing things they didn't request. And, it is still a mystery who put in "We're Off to See the Wizard" for Angela and Young to sing - but they wouldn't have that. After a couple of hours of fun, we called it quits for the night. I, with four shots and two beers in my system, had to stumble around Canton several blocks as Mark had forgotten where he parked the car. Needless to say, I passed out on the way home (it is a 45 minute drive back to College Park). Good time, good time.
