Write Up:
It was a little bit crazy at the beginning with the one hour leap ahead for Daylight Savings, but we all made it to National Geographic Explorer's Hall. We checked out the live frog exhibit and then made it over to the next building to see the African dinosaurs display. Then we took the subway over to the Smithsonian stop.

Taking Ali's suggestion, we made our way over to the National Art Gallery to have our lunchbreak. This was a really neat place. We took as many pictures here as at the museums! We even had a really nice view of a waterfall behind glass at the Cascade Cafe on the bottom floor of the art museum.

When we got to the Natural History Museum we hit the fossil displays and the Geology section first, at Dan's request. Next we took in an amazing nature photo contest gallery, before finishing off with the "Peoples of World" cultural displays.

The group was really supportive of each other and that made leading this event easy! Thanks again, guys! Hope to see you again!
