Write Up:
Wow, I can't remember the last time I had this much fun at a picnic. MOCers began to trickle in at 11:00. The fabulous barbeque from Red, Hot, and Blue was served around noon. Delish! After lunch, we formed trivia teams to compete on questions pertaining to the outdoors, wildlife, and parks. Winning teams received prizes.

This year we put together a 50/50 raffle to benefit the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. Melissa was our big winner, who proceeded to donate her half to the Chesapeake Bay. With all the donations, the Chesapeake Bay Foundation will be receiving $156. Thank you to everyone who contributed and to Melissa for her donation!

Next, most of the picnic goers headed over to the field for a pick-up kickball game. It was a friendly game with a lot of laughter. The people back at the fort could hear all the fun being had. In the end, Team Luscious beat Team Sexy. Great job everyone!

All in all, great food, great people, and GREAT WEATHER! Thank you everyone for helping us celebrate Maryland Outdoor Club's 5th Birthday!!!
