Write Up:
Just before the home buying season begins, we put together a very basic Home Buying Seminar, geared towards first time home buyers. We heard from a mortgage lender, a financial planner, and a realtor, all with great advice to share on the process of saving money for the down payment, how to get financing, and how to find the home of your dreams.

Due to the informal nature of the presentation, we asked questions throughout. The entire presentation lasted nearly 4 hours and included yummy food provided by Keller Williams Select Realtors from Three Brothers Italian Restaurant. That was very nice of Dana!

As part of the presentation, we all got to take home a packet of information, to review at our leisure and left with a head full of information on what we need to do to get us to our goal.
