On February 18, 2006 the MOC went to the National Aquarium in Baltimore to check out all of the aquatic life and check out the new exhibit about Australian aquatic life. We started off the day going through the exhibits with all sorts of Sharks and Rays, gradually making our way to the end of the initial exhibits so that we could see the dolphin show.
While at the Dolphin Show, we were entertained by 4 year old Atlantic Bottlenosed Dolphins, Spirt and Maia. We got to see them do all sort of tricks and learned the importance of playing in helping a dolphin learn how to survive in the wild.
Finally, we move on to the Australian exhibit which, while short, was interesting with its various fish, frogs, and crocodiles.
Afterwards we said our goodbyes to some of the attendees and those who remained went on to ESPN Zone to play some games, relax, and have a nice dinner.
