After meeting up at Annapolis' Visitors' Center, we headed out for a night full of holiday shopping. It was great to see some new-to-the-club faces! Annapolis was alive with holiday spirit. Everything was decorated and the twinkle of lights was abundant. We first headed toward Maryland Avenue, where there are many antique shops and shops of pricey artisans. Around this point we split up into two groups with plans for meeting at Ram's Head at the end of our journey. Next, we followed the music over to Main Street. There was a large group from Old Mill High School playing steel drums. It made us feel like we were somewhere in the warm Caribbean. There were more musicians as we got closer to City Dock playing more traditional Christmas melodies on more traditional Christmas instruments. Here, we ran into Michelle and Christina. THey were making their way back to Maryland Avenue. Along the dock, boats were lit up for the holidays and the lights reflecting off the water was quite a sight to be seen. Next, we headed back up Main Street toward our final destination at Ram's Head Tavern on West Street, where six of us stuck around for some food and drink. Happy Holidays!
