Write Up:
We had an incredibly nice day for late February. The temperature hit the upper 50s, so it was quite pleasant. As for the tour, it was very interesting as well. Our group of 18 went into the cavern, which was discovered by three local men in the late 1800s. They discovered it on a hot August day when they noticed 54-degree air coming out of a hole.

Some of the sights included Pluto's Ghost, the Fish Market, and an incredible reflective pool that was the most perfect mirror I have ever seen. By the way, the Fish Market is a group of stalactites that looks like a bunch of fish hanging at a market.

After the tour we stopped for lunch at Mom's Kitchen in Luray. Some decided to stay for ice cream while the rest of us headed home. All in all it was a great day and very spectacular to see.
