We had a perfect weather day (well except we were a bit short on wind) for our sail this evening. Skies were clear, the temperature was just right and the group of people was wonderful! There were about 26 MOCers on board for our sail - we enjoyed a 2 hour cruise up and down the bay under sail. Everyone got a chance to help raise the sail and to hear a bit of the history of the boat and how oyster dredging works. We spent the rest of the time mingling, chatting, and drinking wine on board while getting to know each other.
After the cruise a small group of us headed over to Mac Gregor's for some drinks and snacks. All in all it was a good time. Maybe next cruise we'll get a bit more wind.
